FAQ

Good questions

Who is behind SocOps?

Fares Alkhawaja: AI engineer, solutions architect and university lecturer in Montreal. SocOps uses the same data-driven approach to match the right creators with the right brands.

How big does my audience need to be?

There is no hard minimum. Brands often get better results from focused micro creators (10k–100k) with engaged audiences than from huge generic ones.

Which platforms?

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, podcasts, newsletters and more. Each platform is priced on its own numbers.

How is the price set?

From your recent average views and engagement and typical market rates for each format, then agreed with you before anything is signed. Your own rate card always comes first.

What about disclosure?

Every sponsored post is clearly marked (for example #ad and the platform’s paid-partnership label), as Canadian and U.S. rules require. It is in both contracts.

How do I sign and get paid?

You get an email when your agreement is ready. Sign in with that email to review and sign it. Payments follow the schedule written in your contract.

Can I stop receiving emails?

Yes. Reply “unsubscribe” to any message, or write to [email protected], and you will not be contacted again.
